Titanic II

In 2012 the Australian billionaire Clive Palmer, president of the Blue Star Line cruise company, announced that they would create a replica of the Titanic, the Titanic II.

Until this moment the project had not been able to obtain the necessary funds to build it, but recently Blue Star has confirmed that it will finally be able to carry it out.

The construction of the ship has an estimated cost of about 435 million Euros, and completion is planned for the year 2022.

Titanic II will depart from Dubai, which is being built, for the route from Southampton (England) to the port of New York where he will land, following the original route to be undertaken in 1912 the Titanic.

It is planned to make regular trips between England and New York in summer and cruises around the world for the rest of the year.

The luxury ship will have 9 decks and 840 cabins, which will accommodate 2,400 passengers and 900 crew. All of them redistributed in first, second and third class.
