According to the latest Household panel of the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) on the situation of online commerce, 90 out of every 100 buyers received at least one package in the last six months.

Another of the conclusions that this panel throws is that, every time we buy more in digital stores. During the second half of 2018, 44% of the Spanish population has made at least one purchase in an Ecommerce.

A very interesting fact is that which refers to sporadic purchases. These decrease and those who made more than two purchases increase, sporadic ones representing 28% of the total purchases. Decreasing by 25% compared to 2015 data.

Shipments of purchases are made mainly at home. They account for 86% of the total. 18% are sent to the workplace. While behind shipments are placed in stores, courier offices or in mailboxes.

Similarly, 19% of individuals were able to select the operator that was going to deliver the shipment.

44% were able to choose both the delivery period and the cost of shipping, and 25% the reception schedule.

We leave the link to the press release of the CNMC (only available in Spanish) for those who want to know all the details.
