TSB Asefapi conference

Recently, a new conference was held at the facilities of TSB San Fernando in collaboration with ASEFAPI (Spanish Association of manufacturers of paints and printing inks).

These days are the continuation of those held in Castellbisbal in February 2017.

The objective of both conferences is the implementation of solutions to the incidents caused by merchandise breakage in the logistics process.

The conference was attended by 16 managers of associated companies, many of them TSB customers.

The first intervention was made by Jesús Jiménez, who reviewed the problems that occur in the logistics process, showing videos of what happens inside a truck or the result in the state of the goods after a number of manipulations, in addition accompanied by the current reality that marks the legislation of the safe load.

In the presentation of the problem, reference was made to three blocks: 15 L., various containers and 4L.

All the proposed solutions were shown with the TSB tests, and with simple but efficient materials.

Secondly, Enric Blesa, Cluster logistics manager Iberia & Italia in Akzo Nobel, who showed the vision of the multinational on the application of solutions, the tests carried out on their products and the statistics on incidents once the solutions were applied

Thirdly, Carlos Viadero Director of Light Panels intervened, who has collaborated with TSB with its coronation plate products for 15L pallets.

Then a laboratory was shown in the warehouse of TSB San Fernando with all the necessary machinery to apply the solutions, as well as a tilt table to observe the behavior with each of the materials used by the manufacturers and those offered by us.
