In line with the continued expansion and growth of TSB, we have recently acquired a new facility in Zaragoza where we will move, in a first phase, the logistics and packaging divisions.
These new facilities are located in the Malpica 101 industrial estate, Zaragoza’s municipal area. Located about 15 minutes from the city center.
The new facilities are housed on a 30,200 m2 plot also acquired by TSB. Currently there are 944m2 of offices built, 870m2 for other dependencies and 7,600 m2 of logistics warehouses.
In a part of the non-built space, about 17,000m2, the construction of two new warehouses is planned: a Cross-Docking warehouse and a logistics warehouse.
These new facilities will allow us to continue growing and offering the service that our clients demand.
